Steve Barthelmess

Mr. Barthelmess is a health care consultant with over twenty years of experience in the field along with degrees in Economics and Business Administration. Mr. Barthelmess's background encompasses many facets of health care including both the public and private sectors. He has served as a financial analyst for the WV Health Care Authority and as Director of Strategic Operations for Columbia/HCA in West Virginia. Steve has gained significant knowledge and experience in health care planning and financing through various consulting positions and has testified as an expert witness in financial feasibility and health planning.
